Emilie overseas both Reading and Maidstone and has over 15 years’ of sales and management experience in the motor industry working with brands including Land Rover, Jaguar and Alfa Romeo. She knows what is required to provide great levels of customer service and provides ongoing training to the driver team to ensure that this is passed on to your customers. Emilie has been with us for a few years now, she has formed some great relationships with clients and loves helping the business to grow.

James has over 25 successful years at a senior level within the automotive retail sector, responsible for brands such as Jaguar, Land Rover, Bentley, Volvo, Polestar and LEVC.  James has a proven track record as a senior leader in large scale businesses and contributes a huge amount of experience and energy to We Move It.  James’ personal objectives are to deliver a fantastic and ever-improving client experience, whilst growing and developing the scale and overall fiscal performance of We Move It.

Customer Service Team

Our team is on hand to answer any questions you may have to make the whole process stress-free. Customers can communicate directly with the office team so they know which driver will be transporting their vehicle and what their estimated time of arrival is. We ensure that all customers are called pre and post delivery. It is this level of personalised service and attention to detail in every aspect of what we do that make us stand out from our competitors.

Drivers

All of our drivers have been hand-picked by our directors Graeme and Russell to ensure they will be able to offer the best possible service. It’s not just the customer service team that is client focussed, all drivers will have completed an induction on customer experience. Existing drivers are regularly monitored and customer feedback is shared with them to ensure the high quality of service is maintained.
